Parking is available for an additional fee paid to the condo $75per week.
Registration in the next building office 

Yes, Parents are responsible for safety. 

The guests must provide copy of the picture ID and register in the next building /office on the left side passed the lobby. 
There is a requirement t to purchase electronic fob $30, to access the building, gym, beach.
Additionally, you may add parking $75 per week. You may purchase laundry card, The laundry room is on every floor. 

Wi-Fi password is on the box under TV.
Please keep balcony door closed when AC running /please keep AC on 65-68/
Laundry room is  on the floor -purchase card when you register. 


 Resort style backyard ! With direct entry to a beautiful white sandy  beach !

This is a resort style complex with 2 heated pools, palm trees, umbrellas and chairs available at the pool area. 

Parents  are responsible for childrens safety 

The smoking is allowed outside at the back yard/ smoking designated place/ 

Wi-fi and basic cable is available.
Code and password on the box under TV
